He had been having a look at the Rainbow website and wanted to have a chat to see what we would recommend for his two girls, aged 6 and 10, and their medium sized garden in Epsom, Surrey. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the Rainbow show site at Longacres Garden Centre was closed, so the family was unable to come and have a play and see the range of climbing frames available. However, after a few conversations to find out more about what sort of activities the girls liked, Mohamed focussed on the Clubhouse style. The, next step was to send through a photo of his garden, so Rainbow could get a better feel for the layout and the space available.
A Fiesta Clubhouse Package IV was decided on, but the set that everyone liked from the Rainbow Ideas Book was just a bit too big with 4 swing positions, so Rainbow reduced this down to just 2 swings thus fitting better into the garden and not taking up too much space! The family also decided that going for green slide, and canopy was the look that they liked the best. Marianne sent through images of what the set would look like, as well as a CAD drawing to show the footprint to give Mohamed reassurance of the space required for safe play.
Following a successful installation a couple of weeks later, Mohamed made the following comments:
“Marcela and I are very happy with our new Rainbow Climbing Frame, and the girls even more so! I have to say both Marcela and I were really nervous because we hadn’t seen the climbing frame in your display setting and we had no feel for the size. But in the end we are both very happy and agree that it looks really good in the garden. Many thanks for all your help through the purchase process.”
